  • Implementation of  up-to-date IT tools and management techniques in all phases of project life cycle;
  • System-based monitoring and analysis of current and projected clients’ requirements and expectations, analysis of their satisfaction; 
  • Building-up efficient and long-term partner relationships with suppliers and other participants of international economic activity;
  • Training and personnel development, creating conditions for the maximum involvement of employees in goal achievement process.
